Even though it is changing, certain things will always (Or for a long time) will be there, such as routing, Security, SP, Wireless.

What about CCIE DC. will it vanish in future and Cloud will take over it??

I don't see DC will vanish, Te base infra will always remain, Virtualization is on overlay so underlay will remain. But Yes, we need to learn Scripting as this era is moving towards automation.

As network engineers we have always done scripting but no one mentioned it or none of the vendors pushed it. Now most of the vendors are pushing it but I don't see it as a major change. In the past 43 years I have seen a lot of changes and we always rolled with the changes, so this should not be a surprise.
