So I recently heard about StealthGram, which supposedly lets you view Instagram profiles and stories anonymously.
I tested it a bit, and yeah—it kind of works, but I’m not fully convinced yet.

View Instagram stories without showing up in the viewer list
Browse profiles without logging in
Stay completely anonymous
Sounds great in theory, especially if you don’t want to create an account or just want privacy.
But here’s what I noticed:
It only works with public profiles
Sometimes it’s slow or doesn’t load stories properly
You can’t interact with anything (obviously)
So it’s more of a “viewer” than a full experience.
My main concern is privacy and reliability:
Are these tools actually safe to use?
Do they track your activity in other ways?
How often do they stop working when Instagram updates its system?
I can see why people would use StealthGram—especially for quick checks without logging in—but I wouldn’t rely on it long-term.
Anyone here using it regularly? Or found a better anonymous Instagram viewer?
